Our Guarantee

Creating communications products for someone else is a cooperative process -- a partnership.

We can't excel unless we get the input we need from you.  In an extreme situation, we could not deliver.

And, certainly, creating quality output within the time frame and estimate we give you depends upon you as well as upon us.

Admittedly, in hundreds of mandates over three decades I can think of only one person who was out-and-out fraudulent. But it hurt.

All of which makes the subject of a guarantee a little challenging.

Limited guarantee

We have come up with a limited guarantee that works like this:

Our quoted rate includes a completed draft and two sets of text revisions.

If you are not satisfied after two revisions – and provided the original mandate has not changed – we will not charge anything further and the job will be closed.

Thus your risk is limited to 50% of the quoted price, even if the job has been completed. 

This offers us some protection (a 100% refund could be quite unfair).  It also firmly caps your risk going in.

If, after checking us out and speaking to us, you feel that the first 50% deposit is a risk, then you should look elsewhere.

Changes to the mandate would include the introduction of significant amounts of new information not originally made available.
