Our Procedure

 

After you contact us and decide we're the right people, here's what happens

  • we conduct a preliminary phone discussion
  • we provide you with our understanding of the job, an approximate timeline and an estimated cost
  • you send a required 50% deposit
  • we get going

This is a rapid process.  We usually respond to your first email or call the same day, and if not, the next.   Unless there are complex issues, the written estimate and timeline are in front of you in one more day. 

We do have a rush service that cuts right through this when there is a special need for speed.

The written estimate includes any further research calls, reading your materials, writing the text, editing and proofing and two sets of revisions at your request.

Once you have approved and accepted the text, only then does the balance become due.
